ℹ️1️⃣ Flying gives you a unique specific template model. Based on the options of your designs, Flying Upload will choose automatically the correct template.
ℹ️2️⃣ Specific templates are available for Spreadshirt, RedBubble, Teespring, and Shirtee. For all other platforms, automated scaling and positioning will be done or a different template model is used. You can find more information on the Notion site of each platform.
ℹ️ You can see here a ‘Default’ template field (red one) and other template fields for every option available in the Edit of Flying Upload. For types men / women / youth and for colours black / white / colorful. This means you have 21 specific template options. ➡️ You can, but you DON’T have to use or configure every specific template, it is optional.
As mentioned you can leave the specific templates empty or configure them if you don’t always use the same template. For example you have darker and brighter designs, you have to push on bright and dark coloured products. ➡️ You can see an example in the screenshot. In the ‘Edit’ men / women / youth and the colour ‘black’ are checked. This means it would also select this specific template in your settings. If this field is empty —> it chooses your default template.
➡️ Here you can see another example. In this case your design is edited for women / youth and the colour ‘white’. Same again, it will choose the marked specific template. If this one is empty, FU will choose your configured ‘Default’ template.
🎉 This is everything you have to know about the template model of Flying. Remember specific template are only available on Spreadshirt, RedBubble, Teespring, and Shirtee. On other sites without this template model, Flying Upload will automatically scale, position and set the background if necessary.
